What are Energetic Boundaries?
I think of energetic boundaries as the rules you put in place between you and everything else. Other people, spirits, guides, and energy in general.
Energetic protection could be classified as energetic boundaries but I like to think of them as sisters, not twins.
Why are Energetic Boundaries Helpful?
We need to be able to set limits with everything that is outside ourselves, and we need to enforce those limits so they are taken seriously. Without these limits we can become drained, burnt out, and we can lose the joy that comes with tapping into our intuition.
Boundaries will be tested and you may find that you need to set new boundaries as you develop. You usually don’t know if a boundary has been crossed until it has been. It’s important to recognize that it has been crossed and be firm in your desire to uphold the boundary.
What kinds of energetic boundaries will be covered in the Cord Cutting and Energetic Boundaries Masterclass??
In the class, I will go over how to recognize when you need to set a boundary, how to set it up, and how to reinforce the boundary. The situations I go over will be specifically for energetic boundaries but the principles cross over with people in the physical as well.
What is an Energetic Cord?
A cord is an energetic connection between you and someone or something else. Sometimes these cords help us like cords between friends and family. But there are also cords that can hurt us. It is possible to have both good and bad cords from the same person, someone may love you but also have feelings of jealousy. When we cut cords we have the intention of cutting the bad cords that are draining us and making our lives more difficult.

Establishing energetic boundaries helped me keep a healthy equilibrium and be present with my loved ones.
Without these boundaries, it would have been difficult to manage my spiritual life alongside my physical one, as I would have been overwhelmed by the spiritual realm.
Having the capability to sever and heal my energetic cords was very empowering, and aided me greatly in my emotional and physical healing.
Establishing energy-based boundaries and protection are an extremely important step in keeping cords from connecting, though some still manage to find a way to attach, or I let them connect without realizing it. Being able to cut cords is an integral part of my spiritual toolkit.

What do I cover in all the classes?

The third masterclass features my techniques for energetic cord cutting and setting and maintaining energetic boundaries. I will go through the steps that I feel are important when cutting cords, which include removing the roots and healing the wound. I talk about how I set up boundaries and how I maintain them when they are tested.
In the fourth masterclass, you will learn How to use a pendulum and oracle cards, setting intentions and discernment. I go over the practical ways I use pendulums and oracle cards in my daily life. I walk you through how to choose, connect and work with them. I show you how to set intentions before any spiritual practice and how to know what/who you are connecting to.
