Visualization Skills: The ability to recall a memory and visualize with your eyes closed is required to get the most out of your experience. (ie, can you picture a tree with your eyes closed)

What To Bring:
Pen and paper to write about your experience, the memory may fade so writing it down is encouraged.
Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, pillows, anything to help make you comfortable lying down.
A bottle of water (no outside food or drinks)
